Employee Spotlight: Meet Julia Metzger
Julia began her career at Agile Offroad in April 2022, but not as a Sales Representative. She started as a customer service representative, where she assisted customers, sorted orders, and helped the shop run smoothly. As time went on, Julia transitioned into her current sales role. She is now an expert on Agile products such as Sprinter suspension kits, Overlander wheels, and Grenadier accessories. Julia has been with the front of the shop longer than anyone else on the team and is often referred to by her friends as the “jack of all trades.”
Julia starts her day by greeting and checking in customers. Most of her day is spent answering the phone, talking to customers, and providing her best recommendations on all things Agile. She particularly loves recommending our RIP Kit, fog light brackets, and skid plates (especially in orange). Julia stays in sync with the back end of the shop, ensuring effective communication among the team.
Every day, Julia goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere in the shop. She loves to make everyone laugh who comes through our doors.
During her time here, Julia’s favorite memory comes from the Overland Expo in Oregon. She was thrilled to visit a state she had never been to before. For Julia, the expo was more than just another van event; it was a chance to bond with her coworkers, appreciate Oregon’s beauty, meet customers, and learn as much as she could.
Outside of Agile Offroad, Julia enjoys relaxing at the beach, doing Pilates, camping, going to music festivals, and spending time with friends and family.
Julia cherishes working alongside her peers and is grateful for such a fun group to be around each day. Her laughter, smile, and energy light up our shop!
