Lance, it’s awesome to highlight you this week! So how long have you been part of the Agile Offroad family? Share with us your journey so far!
“Oh, it’s been a solid two years now! Feels like just yesterday I walked through those doors, but man, time flies when you’re having fun, right?”
Lance, you’re always beaming with positivity! What would you say the best part about working here has been? Give us the inside scoop on what makes Agile Offroad such a special place for you.
“You know, it’s all about the people! I love meeting cool folks in the community, and hanging out up here with Koop, Julia, and Nathan. We’re like the dream team. It’s not just work; it’s like hanging out with friends every day.”
What’s your go-to product that you always recommend? And what makes it so darn special?
“Oh man, it’s gotta be the IOPEDAL. It’s like magic for vans – makes ’em zippier and just improves the whole driving aspect. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll wonder how you ever drove without it.”
Anything else you swear by for van owners?
“Oh yeah, those protection upgrades are a game-changer! Every van needs our Rear Differential cover. Our wheel speed sensor guards are another great, small upgrade, with a big impact. Trust me. It’s all about keeping your rig safe and sound, especially when you’re hitting the trails.”
After two years here, Lance, you must have learned a ton! What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned during your time here?
“Man, I’ve soaked up so much about how these products really help out our customers. Seeing the work that goes into them, the dedication and research – it’s eye-opening, you know? It’s makes me confident whenever I recommend them, knowing they’re the real deal.”
Alright, enough work talk! Who is Lance? What are your passions and hobbies when you’re not here at HQ?
“Ha, well, I’m all about the water, since I was young and played water polo, these days sailing is my jam.”
Van or boat – what’s the ultimate dream? What is your perfect adventure?
“Tough call, but all the Van Damme Conversions I’ve seen? They’re next level. Still, nothing beats a day out on the water. I want both!”
What else gets you stoked besides sailing? Share with us some more about your interests and hobbies that make you tick!
“Camping, hiking, photography – anything outdoorsy, really. There’s just something about being out in nature, disconnected from the hustle and bustle, you know?
We always catch you with some tunes playing. What is you perfect music vibe at work?
“Oh, you know me, always got some tunes playing. I love rock or funk, it keeps the energy up! It’s like my personal soundtrack for the day, you know? Helps keep things flowing and puts a little pep in my step.”
