Warranty
Agile Overlander HD Wheel Warranty
Agile Off Road guarantees all wheels sold by the company or an authorized dealer to be free of defects in workmanship and material, to the original consumer, for one year from the original date of purchase. The "out of round" warranty period is 90 days from the original purchase date. Proof of original consumer purchase is required before processing any warranty request. Wheels used for off-road or racing purposes or wheels that have been altered in any way are not covered by the warranty.
Wheels damaged by improper installation or mistreatment (such as shipping, handling, or vehicle accident) are not covered under warranty. Proper application of Agile Offroad wheels on all vehicles should conform to vehicle gross vehicle weight (GVW) specifications. The dealer completing the installation should check the appropriate wheel application to the vehicle and follow the installation instructions supplied in the original packaging before tire mounting. DO NOT OVERLOAD any vehicle beyond the suspension, tire, or wheels published load capacity.
Regular maintenance and cleaning of the product is required. Acidic cleaners and polishes should be avoided, as they destroy the wheel finish immediately or during repeated use. Sodium used to melt snow and ice will ruin the wheel finish and void the warranty. Agile Off Road recommends weekly use of PH-balanced cleaners or mild dish soap and water to ensure a lasting appearance. Once a month, apply a non-abrasive, non-acidic wax.
Agile Offroad wheels have a sixty-degree (60°) taper conical seat. Proper lug nuts or bolts must be used. Be sure to re-tighten all lug nuts/bolts after the first 25 miles and then the next 50 miles of driving.
Upon inspection and determination of a defect, Agile Off-Road, at their choice, will either replace or repair the defective item with the same or equivalent product.
